My mother bought me my first Hot Wheels vehicles when I was very young. Since then, I’ve been intrigued by cars. I’d spend hours drawing new car designs in my journal or reading about the latest vehicles in books and magazines. I was probably the youngest kid in history to have his own subscription to Motor Trend.
I spent my formative years, attending local car shows. I loved to hear the stories behind the vehicles. This year, I finally got the opportunity to attend the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. When I stepped inside the Joe Lewis arena, my eyes grew wide as I took in the scene. There were many manufacturers presenting so many new vehicles. I was in heaven.
I spent the next several hours visiting every display, taking photos, and talking to the reps about the cars. Click through the following pages to see the top vehicles at the show.
